Ludhiana, February 8 2025: DCM YES, in association with Ludhiana Literati, proudly launched the Young Achievers Awards – Chapter Ludhiana to recognize and celebrate the trailblazers of tomorrow.
The awards were officially unveiled by Deputy Commissioner, Jitendra Jorwal, alongside CEO Dr. Anirudh Gupta, Deputy Mayor Prince Johar, Municipal Councillor Satnam Singh, and RTO Kuldeep Bawa.
This prestigious initiative aims to honour young talents aged 10 to 18 years, excelling across various domains, including academic excellence, entrepreneurship & startups, sports, social service, creative arts, performing arts, technology and AI. With a vision to empower and recognize young changemakers, the awards are open to all children—whether from government or private schools or self-nominations by individuals making remarkable contributions in their fields.
Speaking at the launch, Deputy Commissioner Jitendra Jorwal lauded the initiative, stating, “DCM YES has taken a commendable step in fostering young talent and encouraging a culture of excellence and innovation. Schools like DCM YES very well align with the future of the nation that aim towards creating job providers and taking this economy ahead in global era.”
CEO of DCM YES, Dr. Anirudh Gupta, shared his vision for the awards, saying, “The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow. The nomination process for the Young Achievers Awards is now open and will continue until March 10, 2025. The grand awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on March 25, 2025, where these remarkable young individuals will be felicitated for their extraordinary contributions.
The event also witnessed the esteemed presence of Gauravdeep Singh from Initiators of Change, Anamika Ghai from FICCI Flo, Jasmine Pahwa from Do Good Foundation, and Mani Sagar & Bhupesh from Aryaman Foundation.
