Defence Accounts Department Raising Day celebrations held in Jalandhar Cantt

Jalandhar, October 2, 2024: Defence Accounts department raising day has been celebrated on October 1 in the campus of Area Accounts Office (Pay) Jalandhar Cantt. On this occasion Table tennis, Badminton tournament, drawing competition of children and cultural programme have also been organized. The Officer-In-Charge of AAO (Pay) Jalandhar Cantt Manjeet Kaur, IDAS , Addl. CDA  in her speech stated that Defence Accounts department has been serving the Defence Services and providing Audit, Payment and Financial advice services efficiently.  In her speech, she encouraged the employees and officers to be capable of providing the services more efficiently on time and priority.
 
Santokh Raj, Dy. CDA. Kashmiri Lal, Sr. Accounts officer, Parminder Singh, Sr. Accounts officer, Raj Kumar, Sr. Accounts officer, Yogesh Kumar, Sr. Accounts officer, Anil Verma, Sr. Accounts officer, Ajay Sharma, Sr. Accounts officer and U.S. Bhagat, Sr. Accounts officer were also present in the function.
 
On this occasion, cleanliness drive has also been launched in the Area Account office, Jalandhar Cantt and DAD Residence colony, Rama Mandi. In this drive all the employees and officers has contributed their volunteer labour donation. Plantation drive was carried out to save the environment in DAD Residential colony.
