Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, Honey Sethi, Legal Secretary, Didarjit Singh, Vice President and Senior Member of YBL shared that it was an eye-opening industrial visit to JAL & Mohali Hitech Metal Cluster Pvt. Ltd, where they set up advanced testing machines & 3D scanners & 3D printers for development & reverse engineering, impressive Electro-plating testing equipment at the lowest prices and the latest products for bathing & Sanitary equipment. In Gilard Electronics Pvt Ltd the member saw low-cost Industrial Automation 4.0 implemented even on decades-old type manual presses and Tool & Die through very optimum & impressive use of real-time data software and great management of space and highly motivated working culture.
In Tynor Orthopaedics members saw highly motivated Team Management and workers, perfect Lean manufacturing process, R & D, and new product development as well as the company’s vision & key focus areas finding new opportunities in the Domestic and International markets.
Dr. P.J Singh (Tynor- Orthopaedics), Sanjiv Singh Sethi (Gilard Electronics Pvt Ltd Electronics), Vivek Kapoor (JAL & Mohali Hitech Metal Cluster Pvt. Ltd.) interacted with the delegation and shared about the numerous key initiatives, which needs to implement in the industry for growing with effective management.
