Sonepat, December 24, 2022: Students from DPS Sonepat celebrated Christmas with all joy and glory today, along with underprivileged children from Spread Smile Foundation. The children visited the DPS campus today to be part of the celebration and festivities and participated in exciting, fun activities and games organized at the school. Students of DPS also distributed clothes, blankets, and books among the children from the foundation as a token of love & friendship during the festive season.
 

The school organized various activities, including a tree decoration contest, carols, rock band, dance, and many more, which witnessed participation from students, children from the foundation, teachers and parents across the city. “We are excited to have the children of Spread Smile Foundation with us during this festival. It is indeed heartwarming to witness the students share the joy of sharing and friendship. The efforts put forth by the students and the school's administration are appreciated- ensuring this year’s Christmas is one of its kind. We will continue to extend our support to those in need across the society.” said Harish Sachdeva, Principal - DPS Sonepat.
 

“This Christmas is special for us as we celebrate it along with children from the Spread Smile Foundation. We are delighted that everyone had a wonderful time during the fest, especially the children from the NGO, who we are sure will take back fond memories of this day with them. We constantly encourage our children to help others, and this festive season we would like to remind everyone how kindness and a helping hand can go a long way. We wish you all a Merry Christmas”, said Prachi Sharma, Vice Principal - DPS Sonepat.
 

The celebration at the campus also witnessed stalls put up by parents and teachers, which included delicious food and desserts, tattoo designs, and some exciting games for the children to enjoy their day to the fullest.
