Ludhiana, April 18, 2019: Mr.Vishal Jindal and Mr.Kaushik Roy, Co-Foundersof Biryani by Kilo (BBK)- a celebrated premium biryani chain, hosted press conference to celebrate the launch of their newest Dine-in outlet in Ludhiana, located in Feroze Gandhi Market. The new store in Ludhiana, is the part of the expansion In Punjab. BBK has been hugely successful in Delhi NCR with their multiple outlets and only Biryani Chain to make Biryani in Handi individually, fresh for every order. Also to serve 3 different variants of Biryani - Hyderabadi, Lucknowi&Kolkatta styles.

The conference was hosted over a lunch to experience the Khansama style of cooking delicacies like Murg Hyderabadi Biryani, GoshtLucknowi Biryani, Prawns Biryani, Kathal Hyderabadi Biryani, Veg Hyderabadi biryani, BBK special Dum Nihari Gosht, Paneer Nawabi, Mutton & Veg Galouti kebabs, Phirni&Daastan-e-Gul in Desserts and accompanying these are the newly launched beverages (Two variants of lassi, Masala Coke and Virgin Mojito) and many more at the new dine-in outlet.

The founders discussed how Biryani By Kilo was launched in 2015 with an intent to preserve the Khansama style of cooking wherein each meal/biryani is freshly cooked with authentic ingredients, unlike other Biryani brands where the food is cooked in bulk and repackaged & sold. They stressed that Biryani By Kilo is a premium delivery brand with 100% focus on delivering every order on time and how they offer a rich customer experience!

As per Mr. Vishal Jindal, Co-Founder - Biryani By Kilo, "Punjab is a very important market for us and we are confident that the patrons will relish our dishes at our new dine-in in Ludhiana outlet. In Punjab we aim to build a network of 6-8 outlets across the state by next Year.With Biryani finding its due importance in the Indian QSR domain, we aim to expand our footprint in the domestic market by opening more than 100 Outlets in next 3 years. "

Mr. Kaushik Roy, Founder -Biryani By Kilo said, "We have worked very hard to achieve the flavour profile of our dishes that has become synonymous to our brand.
