Ludhiana, March 21, 2024: In order to ensure prompt resolution of the all election related complaints, the District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney on Thursday took stock of the control centre being set up in the district administrative complex, here.
Accompanied by ADC (G) Amit Sareen and others, Sawhney said that the election control centre established here would function round the clock and the staff deputed here would emsure timely disposal of all the complaints made by the people and political parties. She said that the control centre would also keep close vigil to ensure free and fair Lok Sabha Elections.
Sawhney directed the officials to ensure strict enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct and asked them to discharge their duties with utmost dedication.
