Ludhiana, December 27, 2022: The mesmerizing portrait portraying Peacock forming bustle of satin with its feathers has been captured through the camera lens at the Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana forest area by Punjab’s eminent Author, Environmentalist and Nature Artist Harpreet Sandhu, symbolizing “ Rangla Punjab “ was today presented to Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana Jaspreet Singh. ADC General Rahul Chaba and ADC Dev Amit Kumar Panchal were also present.
