Enthralled to witness the beautiful rendition performed by contestant Aashkka, Padmashree Suresh Wadkar complimented her beautiful voice and went down the memory lane talking about his first break that was given by veteran Indian musical composer late Ravindra Jain.
Praising him, Suresh Wadkar shared, “Aashkka you sang very well, and I really loved your performance. You made me remember my elder brother Ravindra Jain Sahab. He has also given first break to Aarti Mukherjee, Hemlata and Jaspal Singh Ji. I have sung many songs with him and I have never seen such a good music director with so many qualities like him.”
He further added, “He had taken the biggest chance by giving break to me with Hemlata for my first song Sona Kare Jhilmil Jhilmil. People know my name, whatever I am and whoever I am today, it is only because of Ravindra Jain Sahab. He had given me my first break. If he had never supported or had my back, I may not be where I am.”
While the mesmerizing performance by Aashkka will surely raise the bar, wait till you see the performances by other talented contestants.
