District Administration Ludhiana rescue 22 people (including 5 female & 4 children) from village Sensowal khurd near Machhiwara in district Ludhiana. They had gone to sow paddy in fields on the other side of river in SBS Nagar and got stuck when the water level rose.

Ludhiana, July 9, 2023: District Administration Ludhiana rescue 22 people (including 5 female & 4 children) from village Sensowal khurd near Machhiwara in district Ludhiana. They had gone to sow paddy in fields on the other side of river in SBS Nagar and got stuck when the water level rose.
On coming to know of this incident, SDM Kuldeep Bawa rushed to the spot. A special boat was sent and these 22 persons were brought back to village Dhulewal.
