Ludhiana, November 27, 2023: In a very solemn way the members of the District Basketball Association Ludhiana assembled alongwith with players of Punjab's Men and Women team members under coaching and their coaches to do special prayers at spruced up Indoor Basketball Stadium. Sukhmani Sahib paath was recited.
All the organisers and players are excited for the upcoming 73rd National Basketball Games (Men & Women). Only last week the chairman of the Organizing Committee Kuldeep Singh Chahal, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana had given complete details of the event.
The inaugural ceremony of the games will be performed by Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer, the Sports Minister, Punjab on Sunday on 3rd December at 3 PM confirms PBA General Secretary Teja Singh Dhaliwal. He complimented the district association executives and coaches who have taken this great responsibility on their shoulders in the preparations for the tournament. He also requested the sponsors to come forward in big way to encash this opportunity to showcase their business entities at the gala event which will be unique basketball sports fair to be witnessed by thousands in stadiums and also virtually.
