District Legal Services Authority donates 100 PPE Kits to health department
The District & Sessions Judge Ludhiana also appealed to the Ludhiana residents to stay indoors
Ludhiana: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Ludhiana today donated 100 PPE kits to the health department. These kits have been donated to the health department on the directions of Punjab State Legal Services Authority Executive Chairman-cum-Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain.
These PPE kits were handed over to Civil Surgeon Ludhiana Dr Rajesh Kumar Bagga by District & Sessions Judge Ludhiana-cum-Chairman, DLSA Ludhiana, Mr Gurbir Singh, in the presence of DLSA Ludhiana Secretary Mrs Preeti Sukhija and other judges of Ludhiana, at District Courts Complex, here.
Mr Gurbir Singh said that the it is the staff and doctors of health department who are on the frontline in fight against Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19). He said that everyone should salute the fighting spirit of the doctors and other staff of the health department, who are working 24X7 to ensure that people stay safe.
The District & Sessions Judge Ludhiana also appealed to the Ludhiana residents to stay indoors, should come out only in case of any emergency and follow all directions of the health department and Punjab government.
