Be it litti choka from Bihar, Vindaloo ( traditional Goan dish), kebabs, biryanis, curries, Ranging from tunday and galouti kababs to boti, seekh, and Shami kebabs ( Lucknow, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai tawa pulao), vada pav and pav bhaji from Mumbai all will be prepared by local chefs. The Mughlai kababs and coastal delicacies, Sandesh and Rasgulla puchkas, kathi rolls, aloo chops, and jhaal muri from Bengal. Gate ki sabzi, Jodhpuri laal maas, Jaipuri mirchi jaipuri from Rajasthan. The delicacies from Kashmiri wazwan, rogan josh, goshtaba, rishtaba, tubk maaz will be served. Even the dish like Himachali Dham from neighbouring states like Himachal will be cooked by local chef at the hotel.
