Diversity is the strength of India: Manish Tewari

Brampton, September 27, 2019: Sri Anandpur Sahib MP MP Manish Tewari has said that the diversity was the greatest strength of India. “We believe in unity in diversity”, Tewari said, while addressing the members of Indian Overseas Congress here yesterday.
He said India is a land of different cultures and languages. 22 different languages are recognised by the Constitution. Tewari said that Punjabis today are a part of various countries where they have excelled in the business and politics.
Further he added, he can foresee many Punjabis to be part of Canada Government.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Punjab Large Industries Development Board, Pawan Dewan said that if all the Punjabis form a help group for the sake of schools, colleges and other health matters then it would be a great help to the government.
He said that the Chief Minister Captain Amrinder Singh has taken all the important steps so that full justice is given to NRI Community.
