DMC&H launches Chatbot called DMC
To provide patient- centric care, DMC&H has launched a Chatbot for public to access healthcare services and information using WhatsApp. This interactive chatbot (DMC) will serve as a virtual assistant, available 24x7 to address patients’ queries and provide helpline numbers for patient’s assistance.
Ludhiana, March 2, 2024: To provide patient- centric care, DMC&H has launched a Chatbot for public to access healthcare services and information using WhatsApp. This interactive chatbot (DMC) will serve as a virtual assistant, available 24x7 to address patients’ queries and provide helpline numbers for patient’s assistance.
This bot (DMC) is accessible via our hospital website. A messaging platform, it provides OPD related information, schedules appointments (Evening OPD with link to download DMC&H Patient App) and information regarding various hospital services.
Patients can access the chatbot (DMC) anytime, anywhere, via their mobile phone only.
Secretary DMC&H Managing Society, Bipin Gupta said that with the use of technology DMC&H will further enhance patient care, become more patient friendly and reduce patient hassle. Patients should use the DMC&H Patient app to book appointments and even pay for services from the comfort of their homes before visiting the hospital. Through the app, a patient can access the last 6 months of his medical history including reports.
