Dr Bains given additional charge of Physical Education Department

Jalandhar: Dr Simranjeet Singh Bains Associate Professor and Dean Sports has been given additional charge of the Physical Education and Sports department of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar. In a brief function held in the department, the College Principal Dr Gurpinder singh Samra made Dr Bains formally assume the chair. Speaking on the occasion Dr Samra said that Dr Bains was made incharge of the department after the promotion of departmental teachers Dr Jaspal Singh and Dr Tarsem Singh as principals in different college. He expressed a hope that Dr Bains would fulfill the responsibility assigned to him efficiently and effectively. Dr Bains expressed his thanks to the principal for showing his faith confidence in him and said that he would do his best to prove truthful to the expectations of the students and the staff. The occasion was witnessed by the presence of senior teachers and the staff of the department.
