In line with the commitment of the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to provide government jobs to the youth of the state,  Social Security, Women, and Child Development, Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur on Friday presented appointment letters to 62 supervisors and 1 clerk at Punjab Bhawan, Chandigarh.

Chandigarh, September 1, 2023:
          In line with the commitment of the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to provide government jobs to the youth of the state,  Social Security, Women, and Child Development, Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur on Friday presented appointment letters to 62 supervisors and 1 clerk at Punjab Bhawan, Chandigarh.

          On this occasion, the Cabinet Minister congratulated the newly appointed employees and urged them to work with honesty. She emphasized that this department serves people from various sections of society, making it the employees' duty to consistently perform their duties with a spirit of service.

          Dr. Baljit Kaur highlighted that the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is creating new employment opportunities, as promised to the people of Punjab, to prevent youth from having to seek opportunities abroad to fulfill their dreams.

          She also stressed that this Government is committed to a corruption-free policy, emphasizing the importance of conveying to the public that department employees and officers are sincerely providing timely and quality services.

          During this event, she presented appointment letters to 62 supervisors, including one individual with disabilities and 1 clerk on compassionate grounds.

          On this occasion, Special Chief Secretary of Social Security, Women and Child Development, Raji P. Srivastava, Director Madhvi Kataria, Special Secretary Vimmi Bhullar and Deputy Director Sukhdeep Singh were also present.
