Dream India Group announces mega 300 acre luxurious Greek Style Villas real estate project

Hyderabad, May 20, 2017: Dream India Group, the Hyderabad-based eight-year old diversified group with offices in Australia, Saudi Arabia, UK and USA and business interests in Real Estate, Infrastructure development, Exports, Imports and Health Care announced a mega 300-acre getaway housing amenities of a full-blown resort near Bahadurpura in city, with provisions to buy farmlands amidst the best resort facilities.

Addressing a press conference here in the city today, Syed Rafi Ishaq, Chairman and Managing Director of Dream India Group declared that it will be their Rs 300crore project.

The project outlay as per the initial estimates are to be in the range of Rs 300 crores, when it is completed fully in next few years, stated Rafi Ishaq.

He announced that the group has roped in veteran Bollywood film star Anil Kapoor as their iconic brand ambassador.

Anil Kapoor will formally launch the project in a function to be held on 22nd May in hotel in the city, Mr. Rafi added.

I sued to work in USA. I was doing a corporate job. But, I want to come back and do something for my country. That is the company is named Dream India, Syed rafi Ishaq told the gathering.

This is a project of building dreams for middle class. It is not just rich who can own a farmland, even middle class people that too closest to the city can own a farm land at a most affordable prices Rafi said. Our aim is to bring Resort Lifestyle to Middle Class Families, Rafi added.

Making affordable housing for middle class is our dream. Middle class people too have aspiration to live in gated communities. Buying house shouldn’t be rupees one crore thing. Middle class too should be able to buy houses with such amenities only affluent can dream to buy, he said.
