Ferozpur: Cleanliness is of utmost importance for a healthy environment. Mayank Foundation is working hard and promoting waste management under Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan as it is urging people to use dustbins. Promoting the nationwide cleanliness campaign under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India mission) and urging people to make use of dustbins.
Mayank Foundation launched “Dust to Dustbin Campaign” under the patronage of Punjab State Council of Science and Technology and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC). The Campaign was organised under Swachhata Action Plan 2020-21 and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
On this occasion, Dust Bins were given to Principal of Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Bazidpur. Speaking on the occasion, Deepak Sharma emphasized the importance of cleanliness and hygiene and how clean and healthy India can make the country one of the best nations.
Deepak Sharma, Rakesh Kumar, Dr. Gazal Preet Arneja, Harinder Bhullar , Kulwant Kaur, Saroj Bala , Ruhi , Sanjeev Kataria , Harjinder Singh and faculty and staff of School were present during this occasion.
