Ludhiana, April 21, 2019: Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana celebrated Easter day tradition along with a lavish buffet spread at Café Delish restaurant on Sunday. The main attraction of the Easter day was egg hunt activity organized at the poll terrace area. Around 15 kids participated in the egg hunt activity.

General Manager of Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana, Abhay Kumar said, “The fun part about the afternoon is the Easter Egg Hunt. Kids were on a hunt for Easter Eggs and kept he eggs which they find. Fun for the whole family. The hotel has also organised a lot of fun filled activities and the Easter bunny has been hard at work.

Assistant Food and Beverage manager Vijay Upadhyay and Executive Chef Amit Thapliyal said, “Easter is a time to be with family and friends and what better way to enjoy it than with a spread of delectable dishes prepared by the best chefs in the city. The menu has international and traditional favourites. Easter Brunch Tasting Bar was set up for the salad counter from the extensive menu followed by Lebanese and cheese bar.

The live counters of Indonesian , Carving, Hand Crafted Thin Crust Pizza ,Italian- Marchesi Toscana and The Streets Of Chandni Chowk - The House of Chaats were added treat for the guests. In the main course the authentic Indian Curry From Chef Pradeep Shahi Kitchen of Made in India restaurant , Taste from south East Asian kitchen from Rare Eastern dining restaurant and lavish spread tickled the taste buds of the guests.

From the dessert studio guests enjoyed the delicacies from the wicked Easter Bunny Bar, Hand Crafted Cake Pop‘s “in a Field of Grass Box, Glass Bar and Hand Crafted Ice Cream Bar.
