DIPS students give message
Jalandhar: In all chain of DIPS schools to give students the importance of healthy food and avoid fast food a healthy tiffin activity was organised. During this activity pre wing students along with their mothers prepared healthy tiffin and salad. Students all ate food prepared by them during online classes and told about the healthy food item in their tiffin.
Teachers shared videos to inspire the children to eat healthy and stay fit and also demonstrated the advantages of green vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits. They express their views on healthy eating to remain healthy and active. All principal Praised the efforts put by parents for their cooperation to make this activity a great success. They also thank the parents for actively participating in the activity online.
MD Tarwinder Singh remarked that healthy body develops in healthy brain. Children should therefore, take care of their health. CEO Monica Mandotra opined that during the ongoing pandemic children are at home and healthy food to boost their immunity is of prime importance. Junk food should be avoided as it is harmful. preference should be given to homemade food as it is always the best and safe.
