Jalandhar, January 27, 2025: DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur, celebrated Republic Day with great patriotic fervor and reverence. The event commenced with the ceremonial unfurling of the national flag by Principal Dr. Yogesh Gambhir ,filling the atmosphere with pride and unity.
The celebration featured a variety of events, including heartfelt poems, inspiring speeches, and mesmerizing patriotic dance performances. Students recited beautiful poems in praise of the Motherland , delivering a powerful message to serve the nation selflessly. The speeches highlighted the sacrifices of great freedom fighters and instilled a sense of responsibility and dedication among the audience.
The dance performances, ranging from kindergarten to class VII, captivated everyone. The students enthusiastically presented a medley of patriotic songs taking pride in glorifying and celebrating the essence of unity and kindle the spirit of patriotism.The performances radiated patriotic spirit and also showcased the immense contribution of India’s freedom fighters. The vibrant choreography and the students enthusiasm abuzzed the venue with pride and love for the nation.
The audience was deeply moved by the powerful performances and pledged to contribute to the nation's development.
Principal Dr. Yogesh Gambhir appreciated the commendable efforts of the students and teachers in organizing such a meaningful event. In his address, he urged everyone to uphold the values of patriotism and serve the motherland with dedication.
