Elegant Imprints: Karwachauth Mehandi Marvels

Jalandhar, October 20, 2024: On the occasion of Karwachauth, Artifact Club in collaboration with Heritage Club of DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur organized a vibrant Mehandi competition, reflecting the cultural significance of the festival. Students enthusiastically participated, showcasing their creativity and intricate designs.

Participants exhibited a variety of Mehandi patterns, from floral motifs to intricate geometrical designs, reflecting both traditional and contemporary styles. Judges Ms Aanchal and Ms Ravneet Kaur evaluated the designs based on creativity, neatness, and the cultural representation of Karwachauth.

This competition added a festive atmosphere to the school, blending art and culture beautifully.

Principal Dr. Yogesh Gambhir, praised the students' efforts in celebrating the cultural heritage through art.
