During his first official meeting in Ludhiana after becoming the Cabinet Minister, Punjab Revenue and Rehabilitation, Disaster Management, Housing and Urban Development, and Water Supply and Sanitation Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian emphasized the importance of humility, patience, righteousness, and transparency among officials/employees. He also urged them to listen to the issues and grievances of the common people with humility without compromising on transparency.
Ludhiana, October 16, 2024: During his first official meeting in Ludhiana after becoming the Cabinet Minister, Punjab Revenue and Rehabilitation, Disaster Management, Housing and Urban Development, and Water Supply and Sanitation Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian emphasized the importance of humility, patience, righteousness, and transparency among officials/employees. He also urged them to listen to the issues and grievances of the common people with humility without compromising on transparency.
Mundian met Deputy Commissioner Jitendra Jorwal and other senior officials and stressed that the people have high expectations from the AAP government, and everyone needs to deliver. He advised the officials to carry out their assigned tasks sincerely and honestly, and work as a team with team spirit. He asked them to provide selfless services to the best of their ability for delivering citizen-centric services. He also mentioned that the Punjab government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is committed to good governance, effective delivery of services, and the implementation of welfare and development schemes to facilitate the people. He told them to set a new benchmark in public service by dealing with people humanely.
The Minister emphasized the importance of respecting all MLAs, Chairmen, and leaders visit them for their genuine works.
Later, Mundian also assessed the progress of various development projects related to departments including Public Works, Education, Health, Housing and Urban Development, Water Supply and Sanitation, Rural Development, and others.
