Rangmanch overall trophy was bagged by the Amritsar Group of Colleges.

Jalandhar, May 5, 2023: The Department of Business Management, CT Institute of Engineering Management and Technology, South Campus organized Rangmanch 2.0- a Management Fest. The innovative platform nurtured and brought to the forefront the highest quality of skills and talent, enabling an improved tomorrow. A large number of students from various educational institutions participated in this inter college competition. More than 350 students from 16 different colleges participated in competitions like Treasure Hunt, Dance, Singing, Fashion Show, Business Plan, Quiz, Rangoli, Mehandi Art, Poster Making, and Ad-Mad Show.
 

The event was to bring out creative and innovative ideas. The festival was an enormous success and provided a platform for students to showcase their talents.
Each event had three positions, and the two colleges with the most prizes won the overall winner's trophy and the runner-up trophy. The overall trophy was bagged by the Amritsar Group of Colleges and a runner-up trophy was awarded to DAVIET. As guests of honor and judges, Ms. Princy Seth, a renowned dancer and owner of a reputed dance academy, Prof. Paramjit, HOD Music of a prestigious institute, and Dr. Hargun Singh attended.


Dr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director of CT Group of Institutions stated, these kinds of events are a boon to the students as it inculcates the spirit of teamwork, a sense of belongingness, and a desire to win. He appreciated the efforts of the team behind the scenes who worked tirelessly to make the event a hit.


Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Director of Campus said, students must be provided with such platforms to showcase their talent and skills. This will enable them to achieve their full potential.
Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhami, Director of Research and Planning said that for motivating students and encouraging them to express themselves effectively, it is pivotal to enhance their logical reasoning and critical thinking which is only possible through such events.


Nittan Arora, Head of the Department said academic studies are an integral part of academic achievement. However, being in competition and a team makes a person stronger and helps to develop cooperation and understanding.
