Enjoy karva chouth package by Himachal Tourism: MD, HPTDC

Dhaeramshala, October 11, 2019: Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) is launching Special Packages on the occasion of Karva Chauth and Diwali festivals.
On the occasion of Karva Cauth, the guests staying in any Hotel of HPTDC for two nights from 16th to 18th October, 2019 will be allowed 30% discount on room tariff.
Informing this, Kumad Singh, Managing Director, HP Tourism Development Corporation said, “ The arrangement for Sargi will be made by HPTDC by serving Feni, Banana, Milk, Gulab Jamun and Methi free of any charge. Apart from this Arg, Pooja Thali and Karva (with rice urd dal, dhruva, flowers, kungu etc.) will also be provided by HPTDC without any charge. Himachali Thali will be served to the guests on Karva Chauth at special price of Rs.350 plus GST. Apart from this, other accessories required for Karva Chauth Pooja like dry fruit, puna, suhagi (bindi, churi, kajal, ribbon, mehndi etc.) will be arranged by HPTDC on payment basis.”
She added that In addition to the Karva Cauth Package, The Corporation is also launching Special Diwali Package where guests staying in HPTDC properties for two days from 26th to 28th October, 2019 will be allowed free accommodation for third day in HPTDC properties. On Diwali night, arrangements for Laxmi Pujan will be made available within hotel complex where guests can offer prayer and perform puja. The HPTDC properties will be decorated and illuminated with divas on this occasion.
Kumad Singh, MD-HPTDC informed that Karwa Chauth and Diwali are most celebrated festivals of our Country. “Karva Cauth signifies the pious bond that is shared between husband and wife and Married couples can make this day memorable by celebrating this holy festival in HPTDC properties and also avail highly discounted package,” she said.
