Chandigarh, November 10, 2015: To celebrate the festival of lights with the people of City Beautiful, 92.7 Big FM today culminated the week long game Big Family Jackpot & distributed gifts amongst the winners in a grand finale function held at Elante Mall Courtyard. The Big Jackpot contest was sponsored by the region’s most well known real estate brand in housing called Maya Garden.
On the eve of Diwali all the winners were invited to Elante Mall the Jackpot and others gifts were distributed to the winners. RJ Abhimanyu , RJ Pankaj and RJ Aakriti interacted with the listeners and wish them Happy Diwali.
Lucky listeners won grand prizes up to 5 lacs including 55 inch LED TV and lots more. The selected listeners were given a chance to play round of games for big ticket prizes in front of jam packed audience. There was also a window for wild card entries for random visitors wherein they played & won prizes by participating in lucky draw contest. The highlight of the grand event was the presence and electrifying performance by popular Punjabi Singer Ninja who has sung hit numbers like “Pindaan wale jatt, Teri Bhabhi hai, Thokda Reha”. Ninja also extended Diwali greetings to all residents of the Tricity and especially congratulated the families and prize winners of the BIG FM Jackpot Live Contest.
Speaking on the occasion, Tanya Kaushal, Cluster Head 92.7 Big FM, said, "Every day we played BIG Family Jackpot, we invited 2 families to the BIG FM studio to try and guess the Top 3 answers to any one of the daily questions posed thus competing for the daily prizes. That was not all, the questions were also posed to the listeners. She thanked the listeners for huge participation.
