Environment awareness function held

Ludhiana, September 21, 2012: An environment awareness function was organised at SDP Boys Schools, Hazoori Road, Ludhiana. 

Maj. Sher Sngh Aulukh, and M S Bhatia gave a talk on promotion of healthy environment on the occasion. They asked the students to develop environment friendly habits. “Because of unchecked growth and deforestation our earth is getting sick”, they said, adding, “Climate change is effecting our lives. We have to develop global outlook and local responsibility”. 

Principal  Jasbir Singh Chauhan while lauding the role of Jatha for the last 20 years said that there is need to be aware and responsible to save the environment and preserve ecology.
