Ludhiana, June 5, 2023: Environment Day was celebrated at Aarti Steel International today. The theme for this year is "Beat the Plastic Pollution" partnering with the UN Environment.
A pledge was taken to beat pollution caused by plastic and reduce the usage of plastic significantly.
Chief guest of occasion Er. Rozert Dhimja, Assistant Environment Engineer from Punjab Pollution Control Board, Ludhiana showed his concern towards pollution being created due to use of plastic. He was given a floral welcome by Alok Parkesh Unit Head of Aarti Steel International Ltd.
Shubinder Moudgil DGM, Dheeraj Sharma Sr. Environment Manager, Manoj Kumar Purohit Assistant Manager were present on this occasion.
