In the ongoing Escon Primera Tricity Bankers League – Edition 1 (TBL), PSCB Kings after winning the toss elected to bat first, but their decision was blown away by a very tight bowling from Peeyush Jayant from Team BOI, where-in he took 4 wickets by giving just 8 runs in 3.3 overs. He was declared as the player of the match. The tournament was held at the Tricity Sports Academy, Peer Muchalla.

Chandigarh/ Zirakpur, Nov 21, 2022: In the ongoing Escon Primera Tricity Bankers League – Edition 1 (TBL), PSCB Kings after winning the toss elected to bat first, but their decision was blown away by a very tight bowling from Peeyush Jayant from Team BOI, where-in he took 4 wickets by giving just 8 runs in 3.3 overs. He was declared as the player of the match. The tournament was held at the Tricity Sports Academy, Peer Muchalla.
PSCB could only manage to score 99 runs in 16.3 overs and in reply BOI chased the target in just 11 overs for the loss of 1 wicket. Captain of BOI, Ankur scored 46 runs in 34 balls and he was adjudged as the Game Changer. On the other hand captain of PSCB Kings, Ravi kept one side going and scored 44 runs in 36 balls, but did not get much support from the other batsman.
However, for his effort and contribution Ravi of PSCB Kings was declared as the Best Batsman and Satish from BOI was declared as the Best Bowler for taking 2 wickets by giving just 20 runs in 4 overs.
In the Group A, PNB (Punjab National Bank) leading the group with 2 out of 2 wins followed by Yes Bank with 1 win out of 2. In the Group B, State Bank of India, IndusInd Bank and BOI are on 2 points each and PSCB Kings are knocked out from the tournament.
As per the tournament format, each team will play minimum 3 league matches and Top 2 teams from each group will proceed to semi-finals, scheduled on 10th December, followed by finale on 11th December.
