Espace gym members observe International Yoga day at Radisson Blu Hotel MBD

Staff of Radisson Blu Hotel MBD and MBD Neopolis mall observes International Yoga day
Ludhiana, June 21, 2019: The members of Espace gym at Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana performed yoga and vowed to make it a part of their lifestyle to mark the International Yoga Day celebrations on Friday. Apart from guests, staff the hotel and MBD Neopolis mall also participated in the yoga session. Yoga instructors were invited to teach different exercises, all people enjoyed doing them. Espace Manager Ram Vijay Sharma, said “Participants were full of enthusiasm and energy, and were seen trying to learn different steps from the instructors.” General Manager of hotel, Abhay Kumar and General Manager of MBD Neopolis mall Sandeep Rawat said, “Yoga should be made a part of the life. In view of the stressful life in modern times, everyone should practice yoga to beat the stress to lead a healthy life,” they added.
