Chandigarh, August 27, 2015: The European Group for Public Administration (EGPA) has selected the Inter-disciplinary research paper of Senior Assistant Professor, Department of Laws, Panjab University, Dr.Jyoti Rattan for oral presentation at the 2015 EGPA Annual Conference under the Permanent Study Group PSG.
EGPA Annual Conference is being organized from August 26 to 28 August at Toulouse, France.
Dr. Rattan’s paper is titled “Role of ICTs and the Internet in Rural Development Administration and E-Governance Projects in India: A Legal Study.”
An expert in varied legal fields, Dr. Rattan has authored books on Cyber law and Governance issues, Public International Law, Human Rights, Taxation Laws, Law of Contract, Right to Information.
