Ludhiana, May 7, 2023: The department of Mines and Geology has constituted a district Level "a lot evaluation committee" regarding the tie of H1 bidders in the tenders of Commercial Sand mining sites.
The tenders for five commercial cluster mining sites included Akuwal, Boont-1 and Boont-2, Kutbewal Arayian, Parjian Biharipur and Madhepur were called by the department.
A spokesman of the department said that there was a tie in these five tenders floated by Ludhiana district, then a draw of lots will be held in Bachat Bhawan on May 9 at 11 am by the evaluation committee. He said in respect that all those who have participated in the tender process must reach Bachat Bhawan at scheduled time on the day of the draw and will be allowed to record the proceedings at their own cost.
