Rohtak, 16 September 2024: Every citizen must vote in the national interest by following the sense of civic duty. Every vote is valuable in strengthening democracy. MDU Director Public Relations and University Sweep Nodal Officer Sunit Mukherjee exhorted NSS volunteers to vote on Monday at the National Service Scheme camp of Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.
Under the SVEEP campaign, Sunit Mukherjee administered the voter’s pledge to the NSS program officers and volunteers. Mukherjee said that the NSS volunteers will have to become active volunteers of the SVEEP campaign and motivate the voters to vote in the Haryana Assembly elections scheduled on October 5.
NSS Program Coordinator Dr. Savita Rathi appealed to the NSS volunteers to exercise their right to vote. NSS Program Officer Dr. Anju Panwar conducted the program. NSS Program Officer Dr. Jitendra Rathi and Dr. Ekta were also present.
