Extension lecture on ‘100 years of Jallianwala Bagh Tragedy’

Jalandhar, April 12, 2019: An extension lecture on ‘100 years of Jalianwala Bagh Tradedy’ was organised in Banarsi Dass Arya College, Jalandhar Cantt, The famous poet writer, educationist and a scholar in historical studies, the Principal Sh.J.C.Joshi was the resource person. He explained the National Movement of freedom struggle 1857 mutiny turned to an effective awakening of nationalism. The tragedy of Jallianwala Bagh brought about a revolution in the freedom struggle. The principal Dr.Sarita Verma welcomed and thanked the resource person for unveiling the hidden historical aspects. The lecture was conducted under Chankya Club and Ms.Poonam Nanda, Dr.Surinder Pal Kaur and Ms.Kiran were the incharges. The stage was conducted by Dr.Meenu Nanda.
