Jalandhar, November 21, 2012: Limits of Municipal Corporation, Phagwara have been extended.
According to an official, as many as 16 villages have been included to the extent of 7.81 square kilo meters area. The new villages are Guru Nanak Nagar, Baba Fateh Singh Nagar, Kaulsar, Gaunspur, Hajipur, Basant Nagar, Gobindpura, Sukhchain Nagar, Raja Garden, Rampura, Peepa Rangi, Sham Nagar, Kot Rani, Chachoki and Gadhian.
