Jalandhar, November 30, 2014 : A farewell party was organised by the staff of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya on the retirement of Dr Rama Chaudhary, Head, Deparatment of Sanskrit on Saturday. A warm floral welcome was accorded to Dr Rama and her family members by the members of the staff. Musical items were presented by Dr Jyoti Mittu, Parduman and Aruna Walia. Bhupinder Kaur, Dr. Jasbir Rishi, Neety Sood, Kuljeet Kaur Athwal and Archana Kapoor shared their valuable memories with the audience.
Sunita Dhawan read out the citation specially prepared for Dr Rama Chaudhary. Principal Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj presented a silver salvar and citation to Dr. Rama Chaudhary on behalf of the college. Dr. Adarsh Khanna, the Staff Secretary presented gifts to Dr. Rama Chaudhary and her family members on behalf of the staff. The stage was conducted by Navroop and Mamta.
