Farewell event organised by Cambridge International School

Jalandhar, February 21, 2015: Farewell event was organised by Cambridge International School (Chotti Baradari) to bid adieu to the budding students of Grade 12 who were waiting with bated breaths to step forth into the real world.  A lot of effort was put in by one and all to make this event a great success. Hiteshi, the Head Girl of the school delivered the welcome speech. A very entertaining programme was organized by the juniors in which various song and dance performances enthralled the audience. A self composed poem was recited by Kashish (Grade 11) in which he expressed his heartfelt feelings towards his seniors. Games like Balloon Game, Treasure Hunt, invited a lot of participation from the out- going students. Activities like Ramp Walk , Nostalgic Presentation and Photo Booth were the highlight of the event. The programme concluded with the beats of Dhol and Bhangra performance in which all joined enthusiastically.

The evening was a blend of emotional recapitulations, eyes welling up with tears and promises to stay constantly in touch with the Alma mater . On behalf of the outgoing batch ,heartfelt thanks was expressed by  Flansh Bhalla, the Head Boy of the school in which he specially mentioned   Deepa Mam who had acted as  his guiding light through thick and thin. 

Chairman Ajay Bhatia, Deputy Chairman Deepak Bhatia, Directors Learning Wings J.K. Kohli,  Nitin Kohli, Academic Director Deepa Dogra and Principal Kiranjot Dhillon showered their blessings on the students and wished them a bright and promising future ahead . An emotional farewell address delivered by the principal of the school Kiranjot Dhillon  clicked well with the students in which she advised them  to face the world with élan as the institute had  empowered them with the D- factor :Dream Dare and Do which would help them   to face the challenges  of the world .
