Farewell ‘The Incredibles’ Outgoing Batch of 2024

Ludhiana, April 30, 2024: Sat Paul Mittal School auditorium echoed with cheers and blissful moods on the morning of 30th April 2024 when Class XI students came together to bid farewell to the outgoing 2023-24 batch of Class XII ‘The Incredibles’. The atmosphere was charged with amalgam of emotions, nostalgia, fervour, and zest as everyone assembled in the beautifully decorated auditorium, which was adorned with floral arrangements, that echoed the sentiment of the day: A celebration of achievements and a send-off into the future.

With a resounding beat echoing through the air, the outgoing students marched in the campus with a bang, their presence commanding attention from every corner of the room. Dressed in their finest attire, each student exuded confidence and pride, their faces illuminated with the glow of accomplishment. The event kicked off with the welcome address by Tvisha Agarwal of Class XI. The outgoing batch of Class XII was wished utmost success, happiness, and fulfillment in all their endeavors.

The highlight of the function was the beautiful cultural presentation by the students. The students of Class XI put forth a fusion of scintillating dance performances, melodious songs and pulsating music that rocked the auditorium. These performances not only served as a creative outlet to showcase their talents but also as a profound gesture of appreciation, encapsulating the respect and admiration they hold for their seniors.

The Incredibles delivered speeches expressing gratitude towards the school fraternity and their families for their support and guidance. The speeches ended on a hopeful note, looking forward to new beginnings and promising to carry forward the values instilled by their alma mater.

The f arewell ceremony reached its emotional climax when the musical band took the stage. The performance featured a variety of instruments, guitars strumming chords that resonated with youthful energy, drums beating in sync with the collective heartbeat of the school, and keyboards weaving melodies that rendered pictures of the years gone by. The enchanting performance by the musical band was a reminder of the power of music to unite, to express the inexpressible, and to celebrate the human spirit in times of transition. The decorated event of the day was when Class XII stepped on the stage with elegance and elan to walk the ramp. The style and grace of the girls in their grand sari’s and exuberance exuded by the boys in their tuxedos was indeed a sight to behold. The contestants shortlisted by the esteemed panel of judges entered the Question Answer round where one witnessed the confluence of beauty and brains embellished with confidence and presence of mind. The coveted Mr Satyan and Ms Satyan titles went to Bhavya Bansal and Diya Bansal. Myriad other titles were bestowed on the students to make it a truly memorable experience for them all. The showstopper was the Grand Finale which had indeed set the stage on fire. The event ended with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Diya Bansal of Grade XI.

The Chief Guest of the day, Bhupinder Gogia appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the Satyans in the various events of the day. She congratulated the outgoing batch for achieving a significant milestone not just academically but in personal growth and social learning. She prompted the graduating students to let the values of integrity, respect, and curiosity be their guiding stars. Let these values light their path as they navigate this complex world. She advised them to stay curious, stay brave, and above all, stay true to themselves in the journey of their life.

After the formal proceedings, attendees gathered for informal mingling, photo sessions, and refreshments. The farewell ceremony left a lasting impression, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another in the lives of all who attended.
