Farmparts Company wins CICU Corporate T-20 Cricket Tournament 2020-21 

Ludhiana: 6th CICU Corporate T-20 Cricket Tournament for the year 2020-21 concluded here on Sunday.

The final match was played between the teams of CICU-EC and Farmparts Company.

The match was played at Cricket Ground Sports Complex Village Duley, Near Gurudwara Phalahi Sahib, Dehlon Canal, Ludhiana.

The match was started by toss, won by CICU-EC and they decided to bat first. CICU-EC team scored 142 runs in 20 overs by losing 9 wickets and Farmparts Company team scored 143 runs in 16.2 overs by losing 3 wickets. The match was won by Farmparts Company by 7 wickets. Neeraj batsman of Farmparts Company scored 70 runs with 6 fours and 1 sixes in 47 balls and Manpreet Singh bowler of Farmparts Company took 4 wickets by giving 13 runs in 4 overs.  They were declared best batsman and best bowler of the Match. Neeraj was Man of the Match. They were also declared best batsman and best bowler of the tournament.

In his address, Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU said that Ludhiana is full of cricket fans and a lot of enthusiasm is seen among youngsters for this tournament. Watching your sport live at the cricket ground was a fun filled and awesome experience.
