FC Bayern Munich Indian star Shubho Paul supports WATW Yoga festival
The online event witnessed hundreds of participants from India and abroad
Noida: To promote the importance of Yoga in day-to-day life on the occasion of International Yoga Day -21st June, 2021, We Are The Writers (WATW), India’s leading content writing agency successfully organizing a week long (16th June – 21st June) Virtual Yoga Festival “Breathe in, Breathe Out” to promote Yoga amongst youth.
The event got the much needed support by footballer Shubho Paul who is the first Indian to make its way into the FC Bayern Munich world U-19 squad. Shubho commented, “Yoga teaches us to be balance, be poised and disciplined. It makes your body fit enough to perform moves. It also trains your mind to be fit and steady.”
The virtual event consisted of three different competitions mainly Photography Competition – the participant sent a pose of themselves performing Yoga, Reels Competition – The participants sent a short video of performing a Yoga asana & an Essay Writing Competition in which the participants wrote a short essay on the importance of Yoga.
The online event witnessed hundreds of participants from India and abroad sending pictures, videos and texts on the importance of Yoga in a person’s day to day life. Several Yoga Instagram influencers also participated in the event including Jenna from Edmonton Canada, Surbhi Paltani and Shubhangi Daga from New Delhi, India.
