Chandigarh, February 20, 2025: Dr. Priya Darshni, a distinguished resource person from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), today addressed Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Universal Human Values (UHV) at at Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC), Panjab University, Chandigarh.
A 3-Day Faculty Development Program on Universal Human Values is being organised by MMTTC in collaboration with UHV Cell, CIIPP, Swami Vivekananda Centre, and UIET, Panjab University.
The discussion centered on understanding and improving relationships through the fundamental principles of UHV, emphasising the difference between intention and competence in ensuring happiness for oneself and others. The session provided participants with a deeper understanding of fostering meaningful and value-based relationships in both personal and professional spheres.
The engaging and interactive nature of the workshop was highly appreciated by faculty members, staff, and students, who actively participated in discussions and shared their perspectives on the subject. The event continues to foster an enriching learning environment, contributing to the holistic development of educators and professionals.
The FDP will conclude on February 21, 2025, with further sessions aimed at deepening the participants' understanding of Universal Human Values and their application in daily life.
