Jalandhar, August 19, 2019: Innocent hearts Group of Institutions organised a one day workshop on effective teaching learning methodology and the art of writing quality research papers.
The chief speaker was Dr.P Manisankar (Vice Chancellor, BhartiDasan University, Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu).
The event started with the welcome of Dr. P Manisankar (Vice Chancellor, BhartiDasan University, Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu) by Dr. Anup Bowry (Academic Secretary, IH Group of Institutions) and Dr. Shailesh Tripathi (Group Director, IH Group of Institutions). Dr.Anup Bowry stated that in current globalized scenario no Institute can survive without research and the most important factor in judging the worth of Faculty member is the number and qualityof research publication.
Dr.P Manisankar emphasized on development of education through research. He enlighten the faculty members with new innovative ideas that each faculty member should adopt to make the teaching learning process more interesting in the classroom. Motivational Social Outreach programs must be arranged for students that increases their evolvement in society and enables them to follow futuristic approach for better development of India.
Dr.P Manisankar stated that the parameter of evaluating faculty member is the number of research publications in reputed journals. One should start for writing research papers by studying the small problems of nearby society and try to solve the problems through research.So that they should learn how to write good quality research papers. He also explained to faculty members the format of writing good quality research paper.
Dr.Shailesh Tripathi presented vote of thanks. He stated that Dr. P Manisankar has specially focused on Key aspects of effective teaching methodology and Research writing, which is quite motivating for faculty members and he assured that faculty members will follow these guidelines and will get their papers published in reputed journals.
