New Delhi: FIA Global, a leading fintech company in digital payment and distribution systems for last-mile financial inclusion in India and Nepal, has reached a key milestone by enrolling 25 million customers in 2019. The maximum number of subscribers are from states such as West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
 
Over the next two years, FIA Global aims to further increase the customer base by cross-selling key products through its inclusive AI platform besides focusing on deepening its presence and adding new customers.
 
Commenting the reaching the milestone, Ms Seema Prem, CEO of FIA Global, said, “Establishing a customer base of 25 million is a major achievement for us and a testimony of the faith our customers have in FIA. It demonstrates that we are aligned with the government’s larger agenda of enabling financial inclusion to the last mile.”
 
With a digital payment network spanning 673 districts in the country, FIA Global provides banking and financial services at the doorstep of customers in underserved low-income households and minorities in India and Nepal. Profitable since its inception, the company has seen increased adoption of financial services across its range of products – basic banking services, mutual funds advisory and loan sourcing. The company also plans to roll out an alternate lending platform for the public.
