FICCI FLO Pune Chapter on its 5th anniversary hosted Vocational Awards ‘Skill and Entrepreneurship’ to celebrate unsung women talent in the city today. Pune: FICCI FLO Pune Chapter on its 5th anniversary hosted Vocational Awards ‘Skill and Entrepreneurship’ to celebrate unsung women talent in the city today at Taj Blue Diamond, Pune. Honourable Chief Guest Shri Nawab Malik, Minister - Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Guest of Honour Shri Rajendra Jagdale, Director General of Science and Technology Park and Mrs. Ritu Prakash Chhabria, Chairperson, FLO Chapter Pune, graced the occasion with their presence and awarded women protagonists from various Government departments and Special Category Chairperson’s Award to FLO members.
The Award function showcased four paraplegic heroes from Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre, Kirkee, Pune, who showed their talent and made us proud with their skills.

Diligent woman employees from Government Hospital, Postal Department, Pune Municipal Corporation, Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Railway, Police, Animal Husbandry were felicitated by the Chief Guest Shri Nawab Malik and their respective department heads.

Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Ritu Chhabria, Chairperson, FICCI FLO Pune Chapter said, “This year marks the 5th anniversary of our Chapter in Pune and we are delighted to celebrate the unsung women talent in our city. It is a matter of immense pride for me and I express my gratitude to my team. We will continue to work and provide opportunities to enrich, engage, employ, empower and enhance women from all stratas of our society.”

The event also witnessed presence of prominent personalities, Dr. Ajay Chandanwale, Additional Joint Director, Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Maharashtra; Major General Navneet Kumar, GOC Dakshin Maharashtra and Goa Sub Area; Dr, D. D. Parkale, Joint Commissioner of Animal Husbandry and various other government department heads.
