FICCI hosts Members’ Meet for Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh at Chandigarh
The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) successfully organized a significant Members’ Meet for the regions of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh here on Saturday, wherein Rajan Dutt (IRS) Commissioner CGST Panchkula graced the occasion as the chief guest.
Chandigarh, June 8, 2024: The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) successfully organized a significant Members’ Meet for the regions of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh here on Saturday, wherein Rajan Dutt (IRS) Commissioner CGST Panchkula graced the occasion as the chief guest.
The event was chaired by Rajinder Gupta, Chairman Trident Group, and co-chaired by Kunal Yadav, CEO of Yadu Corp. The focus of the meet was on strategic planning and the vision of FICCI for the region.
Chairman Trident Group Rajinder Gupta inaugurated the meeting with a compelling welcome address, setting the stage for a day of insightful discussions. He emphasized the importance of strategic foresight and the collective effort required to drive economic growth and innovation in the region.
While speaking on the occasion, the chief guest Rajan Dutt (IRS) assured the industry to put forth their grievances for the resolution. He appraised that the Government has taken various measures in the past for "Ease of Doing Business".
The meeting was attended by 60 premium industry members and distinguished dignitaries, including Vineet Nanda, Chairman of the Urban Infrastructure Committee, Jagseer Mann, Member of the Agriculture Committee, Rampawan Kumar, Chairman of the CMSME Committee, Dr. H.S. Kahlon, Director (Retd) Dept of Animal Husbandry, Punjab, Vinod Khadelwal, President of the Haryana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Deepali Gulati, President of the CSR Council and WICCI (Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry). The participation of these esteemed members, along with many fresh and prospective members, underscored the strong engagement and interest within the business community.
The event concluded with closing remarks from Co-chair Kunal Yadav, who highlighted the crucial role of strategic initiatives and collaboration in achieving the ambitious goals of FICCI. He expressed his gratitude to all attendees for their valuable insights and active participation.
