FICO demanded probe into fraud with sanitary suppliers from CP

Ludhiana, June 4, 2022: Today, a delegation of the Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization (FICO) along with the Ludhiana Sanitary and Pipe Traders Association (LSPTA) met Kaustubh Sharma, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, and demanded a probe into the alleged fraud with sanitary suppliers of the city.
Gurvinder Singh Sachdeva Head FICO's Trade Division and President LSPTA, explained how a person went to seven suppliers and purchased material against advance and promised to pay the balance amount on delivery, and how he fled with material from a delivery location without paying a single rupee.
Gurmeet Singh Kular, President, FICO said that they have submitted the CCTV footage to Commissioner Police, Ludhiana, and asked for immediate action against the person concerned, as this kind of fraud is very deadly for the faith that trade and industry work upon.
Kaustubh Sharma, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, immediately assigned the complaint and assured justice in the matter.
