Faculty development programme being held on Day-5 at GNDU College, Jalandhar on Monday.
Jalandhar, December 22, 2014: ‘Continuous and Expertise Learning’, the basic foundation of Faculty Development Program at GNDU College, Ladowali Road, Jalandhar, was fully achieved on the fifth day today, also. The theme, ‘Inside the Entrepreneurial Mind: From Ideas to Reality’ was delivered by Dr Manoj Kumar (Group Director, CT Institutes) who formed a link of Creativity with Innovation. He said that for a successful entrepreneur, creativity merges with innovation and hence, he has the ability to see ‘different things differently’. He further added to overlook the paradigms, which is a barrier to innovation. According to information available with cityairnews.com Prof. M.J. Kalra (GNDU College, Jalandhar) headed the next three sessions, discussing the topic ‘E-Commerce Entrepreneurship’. He presented the members with various facts and figures on how Indian businesses have grown with the help of E-Commerce. Dr. Ashish Arora (Coordinator FDP) acknowledged the resource persons along with the members, ending the day with a positive approach towards entrepreneurship.
