Ludhiana, August 4, 2012: First convention of Textile Mazdoor Union held here today.
Various issues were discussed. Besides, the working of past one year was reviewed.
Among others, the union leaders Sukhwinder, Lakhwinder and Gopal addressed the convention.
The union will hold massive mazdoor sabhe in the local GLADA Ground here on Sunday.
It may be mentioned here that the union was constituted on October 30, 2010 after widespread strikes by textile workers in the city.
