Former DEO joins Guru Kashi University

Talwandi Sabo, February 4, 2014: Former District Education Officer (DEO) Baljinder Singh Mann joined Guru Kashi University as Controller of Examinations. Mann has a long experience of 31 years on various Teaching & Administrative posts.
Prior to this Mann served as Principal, Distt Science Supervisor, Chairman District Sports Committee, Director District SSA Project and as DEO during his services with Education Department, Punjab.
While sharing views at the time of joining Mann said that Examination system is base of any Educational Institute and also serves as feedback for desired changes.
He also emphasised on the time bound examination and results which serves the purposes on both the ends for students as well as for educational institutions.
Dr. N.S Malhi, Vice Chancellor said that the wide experience of Mann will help to strengthen the academic system of the university.
