Bangalore, February 5, 2019: With an aim to generate a sense of ownership among the students for their surroundings, Fortis Hospital, Cunningham road conducted a cleanliness drive - a part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at SJP Polytechnic College, one of the biggest technical institute in Asia, in association with NSS team and college faculties.
As a part of the activity, various awareness programs on health and hygiene were conducted by the doctors and the infection control team of the hospital. Dr.Rubina, Gynaecologist, Fortis Hospital, Cunningham Road spoke on ‘Young women and their health’ and Ms. Mary, Infection control in charge, Fortis Hospital, Cunningham Road spoke about the importance of personal hygiene for a healthy life. The activity was followed by a motivational session on personality development by Dr.Seetha, Anaesthetist, Fortis hospital, Cunningham Road to help the students channelize their core competency.
